After more than 30 years in our industry, I founded Elite Scissors because I saw too many talented hairdressers working with tools that simply weren't designed to help them perform at their best. I wanted to create something different—a premium range of scissors backed by education, support and genuine care for our industry.

Do I need sales experience?
It is an advantage but not essential.
Can I keep working in a salon?
Yes.
Is there an exclusive territory?
Yes, this will be negotiated together for something that suits you.
How are commissions paid?
Monthly after you send an invoice. Having an ABN is essential. We walk you through how to apply for one if you don't have one.
Do I need to carry stock?
No, we supply a kit to demonstrate and educate all things Elite Scissors. Our office and warehouse manages order fulfillment and invoicing.
What support do I receive?
Comprehensive onboarding and product knowledge training. Ongoing support with marketing materials and sales support.
How much travel is involved?
As much or as little as you want.
